Return Policy

We offer 30 days of open purchase, even when opened, if it is required that the package is broken to test the product. It is very important that the packaging is broken with the least possible damage. If the product has been damaged due to a malfunction, we have the right to estimate how much sales value has decreased and withdraw this amount from the return money. Products that can not be shipped after they have been opened or tested are: Hygiene products like earrings, dents and underwear. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to specially ordered products. This also applies to perfumes, cosmetics and all kinds of beauty products as well as batteries. A return usually takes 2 days to process after arrival. Should you return the product, you must first make a notification. You can easily do this by signing in to your account and going to the order that applies. Your return (30 days) will begin on the day the shipment arrives at you or your Post Representative. As a customer you are responsible for the return shipping at open purchase and must prove that you have sent the product upon request. Send with traceable shipping. If you want to make use of open purchase please return the item incl. original carton packed well together with the order confirmation received by e-mail. After we receive the item, the money will usually refund to you within 5 days. The refund will be made in the same way you make the payment. Card purchases are refunded to card etc. Before returning or changing, you should always make a notification online with us. You can do that by signing in to your account or creating an account using the same email as you used to your order. The return address will be found when you make a return notification.

Shipping & Delivery 

We offer a low or free shipping on all orders. Free shipping on all orders over 500 kr. Delivery usually takes place with Posten Varubrev, Posten MyPack or DHL. We choose the shipping method that best fits your order so you do not have to worry about it. Orders that arrive before kl. 11.00 weekdays normally sent the same day. Normal delivery time is 1-2 days for jewelry, 3-8 days for clothes, perfume and other beauty products. Ordered products that are not collected will be charged a general shipping and warehousing charge of 400kr. Are the actual shipping costs higher than these 400 SEK charged the actual shipping cost. In general, the change is charged with a shipping cost of 39 kr. Clothing is shipping cost 69 kr.

Prices and Payment

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the cart depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the shipping method. Payment by bank / credit card, direct payment, invoice or installment. Invoice is the default choice and you have 14 days of credit on your purchase at no extra charge. We use Hips Checkout for all transactions with SSL and maximum security. No fees for invoice fees or other payment charges will be added to the checkout when using Hips Checkout with us. Warranty & Complaints

We guarantee the goods we have sent you are defective upon delivery. If a product against you would be broken, contact us and describe in detail what the error is. You then make a warranty claim and then send the product to us. You have 2 years warranty and 3 years of warranty on all products. If manufacturing errors occur during the warranty period, contact us in the same way! In case of a dispute, we have a policy to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board

You are free to open the package at no cost to check that the product is working. Remember to send any returns, swaps and complaints with traceable shipping.
